Homemade Acne Solutions: Tea Tree Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil Toner

Here's a recipe from Sally Knitter :  Ingredients: 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 c water 1/4 c apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon tea tree oil Instructions: Mix the cream of tartar and water first, in their own bowl. Then add everything else. Pour into a lidded container and shake well. Remember to shake it also before each use. Apply it with a cotton ball.
