Homemade Acne Solutions: Grainy Scrub

Another homemade acne solution recipe from Charles Silverman:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue cornmeal
  • 1 drop lemon oil
  • 1 drop ylang ylang oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (approximately) honey or water

Instructions:

  1. Combine the oat flour, blue cornmeal, lemon oil, and ylang ylang oil in your palm.
  2. Add enough honey or water to form a paste.
  3. Massage the paste into clean skin for one minute.
  4. Rinse.

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon French green clay powder  1 teaspoon honey or water 1 drop geranium oil  1 drop lavender oil 1 drop tea tree oil Instructions: Mix all the ingredients into a paste in your palm. Massage the paste into your skin until it feels clean. Rinse. Repeat if necessary.
